How do I add a loyalty card if the barcode does not scan?

    Julgo que a intenção é facilitar o uso de cartões para o utilizador e o operador da loja. Se o código de barras não passa é mais demorado para o caixa, o que faz as filas aumentarem. Enquanto que no cartão o código passa sempre

    Hi Clara! Unfortunately, I don't speak Portuguese so I hope it will be alright with you if I answer in English: 

    Unfortunately, these scanning issues mostly occur due to older scanning technologies still used by some stores. Some devices (e.g. laser scanners or flatbed scanners) have difficulties reading smartphone displays in general. We hope to be able to solve this problem soon though as most stores will hopefully replace these scanning devices with newer image-based scanners in the course of their next cash system update. In the meantime, we sincerely apologise for the inconvenience this causes.

    Hi Zora! Unfortunately, I don't speak Slovak so I hope it will be alright with you if I answer in English instead: Thank you very much for suggesting the Fortuna card for our app! We will try to contact the card provider in order to add this card to Stocard with a future update. However, you can already add it to your Stocard app now by choosing to add it as "Other Card".
