How can I add a card that isn't listed in Stocard?

    I want to add a customised logo, what are the right sizes for this image?

    Hi Christian, 

    When adding a custom icon to your "Other Cards" we would advise you to use a picture of the respective card provider's logo as the card icon. The remainder of the icon will then automatically adjust its colour to the colour on the outer border of your chosen picture so that the icons for your "Other Cards" will look similar to the ones we automatically set for cards that were added via our database. The front and back picture of your actual card can be stored in the "Notes" section of each card instead.

    I would like to add an address to a not listed card (it's a local gym) so the card would pop up after i enter the location.

    I changed my phone and still use the same sim, but I ve have lost all my card details , how can I re store them .

    Hi there!

    I'm afraid, after changing phones you can only restore your cards if you backed them up in the Stocard cloud by registering a Stocard account beforehand. Otherwise, your card data is not connected to an account and therefore cannot be retrieved. Unfortunately, your card data is not saved on your sim card. We sincerely apologise for the inconveniences this causes. 

    In case you already have an account with Stocard, you can now simply log in and restore your data. If you still have access to your cards in Stocard on the old device, please register your account and log in on the new phone afterwards to restore your data. If you did not use this feature before, I highly recommend registering a Stocard account now, so that you can always retrieve your cards in case you reinstall the app or change your phone. You can find the Stocard account feature in your settings in Stocard under "Account".

    Why can't I share custum cards with other users? The button is absent for cards where stocard doesn't know the store.

    Hi Rjf! Unfortunately, we currently do not offer the single card sharing feature for "Other Cards". We apologise for the inconvenience this causes and will try to make this possible in the future.
