If your physical loyalty card doesn't have a barcode printed on it, you can simply type in your customer ID manually by choosing "Enter Manually" on the scanning screen. Please make sure to double-check your entry so that the correct barcode is generated.
We will help you in finding typos if the ID you entered doesn't match the typical customer ID format of the store. You'll then get the pop-up message "Card number not recognized: The card number doesn't comply with the usual format". If you receive this message, please double-check the number you entered or contact our customer support via firstname.lastname@example.org or email@example.com.
