How can I add a reward card without a barcode?

If your reward card doesn't have a barcode, you can type in your customer ID manually by choosing "Enter Manually" on the scanning screen. Please make sure to double-check your entry so that the correct barcode is generated.

Tip: We will help you in finding typos if the ID you entered doesn't match the typical customer ID format of the store. You'll then get the pop-up message "Card number not recognized: The card number doesn't comply with the usual format".
