Can I add my cards in Stocard to Apple Wallet?

    Hi, I had the problem adding my flybuy card. After click share card, only share to friend is appeared. “Add to Apple” not appear.
    Please advice

    Unfortunately, that's because flybuys uses the barcode format EAN 13 which is not supported by the Wallet application.

    Hi! I used to be able to add cards to my Apple wallet but not anymore. Pop up window only shows now - Share with friends, but Add to Apple wallet button is gone now. Can you pls tell us what’s going on and fix this ? Thank you

    Hi there! If some of your cards don't have the "Add to Apple Wallet" button, this means these cards are using barcode formats that are not supported by the Apple Wallet. We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience this causes.

    I already have stocard app. But i forget my pin and for some reason touch id for my iphone is not working. How should make it work? There is no options forget my pin!

    Hi Sunpreet, I'm sorry to hear that! I'm afraid, similar to the pass code you use to unlock your phone in general, this pin code cannot be reset. In case you cannot remember the pin you chose and your Touch ID doesn't work, it will most likely be necessary to reinstall Stocard. We apologise for the inconvenience.

    HI, 

    While the app is great, what are the options to back up all cards or see online from a PC, I am just afraid that there is no backup option, are they saved in the cloud (iCloud)?

    Hi Mohamad, thank you very much for your feedback! In order to make sure that you can always restore your cards from the cloud in case you reinstall Stocard or change your device, please register your Stocard account in your settings under "Account" -> "Register account".

    Thanks, I already did that, and I can see that my other iOS phone got all the cards in sync, my question is, how can I back this up locally on a PC instead of the cloud, or how to export the full wallet, I don't want to trash physical cards and then find out later that one or all disappeared from cloud!

    Hello again! Unfortunately, we currently don't offer such an export of your cards in a file format. We would therefore advise you to either keep your physical cards some place save at home in case you ever need them or to take screenshots of your cards in Stocard and store these locally on your phone or PC as a backup. We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience this causes.

    I have a custom card I scanned (lifetime fitness), and there is no share on the bottom, just “about scanners”. How do I add this to Apple wallet?

    Unfortunately, custom cards cannot be added to the Apple Wallet at the moment. We apologise for the inconvenience this causes and will try to make this possible in the future.

    Hi Yaroslav, I'm happy to help you with this! Once you imported a card to the Apple Wallet this card is completely independent from its counterpart in Stocard. Therefore, it also has to be deleted separately. In order to be able to delete a card from the Wallet application it is necessary to open the Wallet via the app icon on your home screen instead of via the shortcut from your lock screen. If you now open one of your cards in the Wallet and click on the little "info" button in the lower right corner of the screen you should have the option to "Remove Pass".
