How can I register my new Stocard account?

    I've been using Keyring for several years and have many cards listed with them. Is there any way of exporting from them and then importing into Stocard? That would be so much easier and convenient, and make it a no-brainer to switch! Please advise either way. Thanks.

    Hi Bill! Unfortunately, it's currently not possible to import your card data from another mobile wallet application such as Keyring to Stocard. However, we're always open for suggestions and will definitely discuss offering such a feature in the future. Until then, we apologize for the inconvenience.

    Hi, I changed mobile, Samsung S7 for Samsung S9, then, I do not have any of my cards even when I registered on stocard with my facebook account.
    How can I get my card back on my new mobile.

    Hello Christoph! I have checked your account ID in our systems and I can see that it is connected to a Stocard account registered with Facebook and containing 13 cards. All you need to do in order to restore your cards is to choose to "Log in with Facebook".

    Hi, struggling logging in to my account on a second device using email. When I tried a second device I got a second 6 digit number via email. Which ever number I use it hangs on entering the last number. Please help. Scott

    Hi, have deleted and then reimported the app. Everything works now. Do you get a new 6 digit number each time you log onto a new device?

    Hi Scott! First of all, I would like to apologise for the delayed response. Our verification codes are usually valid for approximately one hour and can be used up to ten times during this time. As soon as the code expires, you will receive a new email with a new verification code when you try to access your Stocard account again.

    I registret Stocard first on the new mobile with my mail address, then I been forced to register Stocard on the old mobile with another mail address to avoid to lose all data.

    Why it isn't possible to hook the second registration to the first one and then give the possibility to choose which device sends data to the other?

    I found the same problem with "connect" command: you can't choose which is the sender and which is the receiver: the first that you activate is the sender...but is not easy to understand.

    I am trying to transfer the cards I have stored on Stocard to my new phone.  I received from you a 6 digit verification code to register my account.  When I entered the number given on my old phone it worked fine.  When I enter the number given on my new phone it only allows me to enter 5 digits.

    Hi Piera, we're sorry for the confusion. Usually you would use the "Register" setting on the old device only in order to create your backup. Then you would use the "Log In" setting instead on the new phone in order to log into your account again and restore your data. Registering an account on your new phone will simply create an empty backup account since there are no cards on this device yet. If you would like us to reset this additional registration, please don't hesitate to contact us at support@stocardapp.com.

    Hi Carol, that's very unusual! May I kindly ask you to restart your Stocard app once and try again? Hopefully, the new verification code you should receive will be properly accepted now. If this is still not the case, please don't hesitate to contact us at support@stocardapp.com
