How can I log into a different Stocard account?

    If possible on an upcoming update to link all the social media accounts into one email so if login into one account for example facebook or google it would link into my primary email to have access to all my cards sync into that account. 

     

    As well the ability to update current email address example (facebook) into the new email address (gmail)

    I used my Stocard account on my girlfriends iPhone, but now I realize it makes more sense to give her her own account and just share all the relevant cards with her.

    However: I am unable to create her own account. When I try to login as a different user with her email address, stocard tells me that she doesn’t have an account yet. But in order for her to create an account she needs to log out. How do I solve this? Removing and reinstalling the app doesn’t work.

    Hi Vincent, in order for your girlfriend to register a new account it would most likely be necessary to reset the connection to your account first. Please contact us at support@stocardapp.com and provide us with your connected login method as well as your account ID. Best, Isabelle (Customer Support)

    I can't get my points to show on my cards

    Hi Carol, 

    Unfortunately, this feature is not available for all cards in Stocard yet. Please feel free to contact me at support@stocardapp.com and I will gladly check whether it should be possible to get your points balance displayed for the cards you currently have stored in Stocard.

    How do I share my cards with my wife? All of our loyalty cards are shared.

    Hi Max, 

    I'm afraid, transferring cards from one Stocard account to another is currently not possible. I fear it would be necessary to add the cards manually to your main account. We apologise for the inconvenience this causes and will try to make this possible in the future.

    Hi Paul, 

    I'm happy to help you with this! If you would like to share all your cards in Stocard with your wife, all you need to to do is register an account on your device and log into the same account on your wife's device afterwards. Please go to the Stocard settings on your phone and choose "Account" and then "Register Account". As soon as Stocard displays your account as "Registered", all cards that are currently stored in your Stocard app will get synchronised with your new cloud account and can therefore be accessed on multiple devices. Now, in order to get your cards on your wife's phone, please open the Stocard settings on  her phone and go to "Account" again. This time, please choose to "Log In" and log into the account you just registered. As soon as both of you are logged into the same Stocard account, your Stocard apps will get synchronised.
