How can I log into a different Stocard account?

    How do I share my cards with my wife? All of our loyalty cards are shared.

    Hi Paul, 

    I'm happy to help you with this! If you would like to share all your cards in Stocard with your wife, all you need to to do is register an account on your device and log into the same account on your wife's device afterwards. Please go to the Stocard settings on your phone and choose "Account" and then "Register Account". As soon as Stocard displays your account as "Registered", all cards that are currently stored in your Stocard app will get synchronised with your new cloud account and can therefore be accessed on multiple devices. Now, in order to get your cards on your wife's phone, please open the Stocard settings on  her phone and go to "Account" again. This time, please choose to "Log In" and log into the account you just registered. As soon as both of you are logged into the same Stocard account, your Stocard apps will get synchronised.

    When I try and change the account I'm signed in with it says
    "This account is not registered to a Stocard account"
    It then directed me to the Account id section but all that does is copy the long code to the clipboard

    Hi Aaron, 

    Please note that the "Log In" option can only be used to switch to another already registered Stocard account. If you would like to change the connected login method for your registered Stocard account, please contact us with your account details under support@stocardapp.com

    I have been using Stocard for a couple years. I just got a New phone and now all of my cards are gone. I do not have any of these cards any longer as I threw them away when I got the app. Please tell me you can help !!!

    Hi Alison, I'm sorry to hear that! Did you register a Stocard account in order to save your cards in our cloud before changing phones? If this is the case, you can now simply log into this account again in order to restore your cards. If this doesn't work properly, please contact us at support@stocardapp.com and provide us with your login option for the Stocard account.
