    Can I link one card to multiple accounts/phones, say my wife’s for example? So if she’s not with me, but wants to use the card she could just use the app. Does this work like that?

    Hi Francis, please see my comment in the "About Stocard" section for synchronising your Stocard app across multiple devices. 

    If you would prefer to only share selected cards rather than synchronising all your cards, I'm happy to inform you that this is also possible. All cards that can be shared this way have a "Share Card" button below the barcode (iOS) or you can click on the three dots in the top right corner of your card screen in order to open the menu bar and then choose "Share" (Android). By sharing a card, you will send a link that enables your wife to add your card to her own Stocard app. Please keep in mind though that the link you send expires after a short amount of time and has to be send again if it is not opened in time. Please also note that this single card sharing feature is not available for your "Other Cards" yet.

    When I try to log into my phone app it pops up telling me that ask card info will be deleted if I log in.
    I'm not trying to change my log in to another account. I just want to log into my excusing account after having to reinstall the app. Please help. Lilangeldsk@gmail.com

    Hi Denise! We apologise for the confusing wording of this pop up message. What we meant to say was that the cards that are currently on your device will get reset and replaced with the cards in your account instead. However since all your cards are stored in your account and you are trying to log in to restore them, you can go ahead and log in without the risk of losing any data.

    Can i use my app instead of the physical cards in stores when shopping

    Hi Alison, that's right! Stocard can be your mobile wallet for all of your rewards cards. Simply get your digital barcode scanned off your phone at the checkout, just like you would do with your physical card.     Je viens de m'inscrire. J'ai scanné toutes mes cartes. Peut on connaitre les points récoltés dur les cartes et si oui comment

    Bonjour. Malheureusement, mon français n'est pas si bon. J'espère que ça ne vous dérange pas, mais je vais devoir poursuivre en anglais :

    I'm afraid, the feature to retrieve your current points balance via Stocard is only available for selected cards at the moment. For those cards you will find a "Points" tab in your card screen in addition to the "Card" and "Notes" tab. Before you can access your points via Stocard, please make sure that your card is already registered on the respective card provider's homepage. The login credentials you choose there will then also be your login credentials to access this particular card account via Stocard. We are constantly trying to add more card providers to this feature and hope that we can offer this service for all of your cards in the future. In the meantime, we sincerely apologise for the inconvenience this causes.
