Can I synchronise my cards in Stocard across multiple devices?

    I have just tried this and both devices now have different Account IDs so they aren’t syncing

    Avevo già registrato molte carte sull'applicazione e dopo ho creato l'account ID. Come faccio per non prenderle? Se faccio il login perdo Tutto?

    Hi Bianca, if Stocard displays different Account IDs, then it seems that you are not logged into the same account on both devices. Please feel free to contact us at support@stocardapp.com and we will happily sort this out for you.

    Ciao Debora, purtroppo non parlo l'italiano bene, quindi spero vada bene lo stesso se rispondo in inglese: If you would like to save the cards that are currently stored in your Stocard app in our cloud, please use the "Register Account" setting. If you would like to restore your cards from the cloud though (e.g. after a device change), then you would have to use the "Log In" setting instead. Logging into an existing Stocard account will always reset the cards that are currently on your device and replace them with the cards in your account instead. For further information on our Stocard account system, please don't hesitate to contact us at support@stocardapp.com.

    Good morning, I have 2 iPhones on the same account. In the past it works very well, but now I have different  content on both iPhones. Carts, that I have added new, are missing on one iPhone. Synchronization not OK. Do I have to remove the last carts en try added again.??? Thank you for help.

    Hi Marcel, 

    It might be possible that the synchronisation is simply delayed a little bit. There could be several reasons for this. Could you please try to restart Stocard on your second phone and check if this triggers the sync process?

    Hi Charlie, I'm sorry to hear that! Please contact me at support@stocardapp.com with your current login option so that I can search for your account on our servers and find out why your cards were not restored properly.

    I checked our servers and it seems like your Stocard account was registered with Google and not with email. Therefore, you can only log in with Google and not with email. If you would like to change your current login option, please don't hesitate to contact me at suport@stocardapp.com and we can reset your current registration.

    I dont understand how im supposed to transfer my cards from my old phone to my new one. I seemed to have lost all my cards from both devices now. It gives me no options to transfer??

    I’m having a problem where changes which I have made one one device are not showing up my other device. So all the cards are out of date. How can I force it to sync? It’s been hours not minutes.

     

    i signed out and in on the secondary device but the old data persists. So it seems like the new data has not been uploaded to the server, even though the device has data access.

    Hi Matthew, may I ask you to check whether both devices are running the latest version of our app? This would currently be version 7.5.0 for Android devices and version 7.2.3 for iPhones. Moreover, please double-check if the displayed account ID is identical on both devices If this is the case, it should usually be enough to restart Stocard on your second device for your cards to get synchronised. Should the sync process still not work properly, please don't hesitate to contact us at support@stocardapp.com for further assistance.

    I am trying to synchronise on a 2nd device. It requests a verification code which is supposed to be sent to my email. But no email received.

    Hi Isabelle, I have Stocard on my iPhone and before also on my iPad, but the iPad got lost and I am not buying a new one ... The question is: can I see my stocard app content on my Mac aswell ?

    This app doesn’t work. I’ve been using it for 2 months. And it hasn’t added any points to my store card. Because of this I’ve lost over $50 of redeemable credit
