Can I synchronise my cards in Stocard across multiple devices?

    I have just tried this and both devices now have different Account IDs so they aren’t syncing

    Hi Bianca, if Stocard displays different Account IDs, then it seems that you are not logged into the same account on both devices. Please feel free to contact us at support@stocardapp.com and we will happily sort this out for you.

    I’m having a problem where changes which I have made one one device are not showing up my other device. So all the cards are out of date. How can I force it to sync? It’s been hours not minutes.

     

    i signed out and in on the secondary device but the old data persists. So it seems like the new data has not been uploaded to the server, even though the device has data access.

    Hi Matthew, may I ask you to check whether both devices are running the latest version of our app? This would currently be version 7.5.0 for Android devices and version 7.2.3 for iPhones. Moreover, please double-check if the displayed account ID is identical on both devices If this is the case, it should usually be enough to restart Stocard on your second device for your cards to get synchronised. Should the sync process still not work properly, please don't hesitate to contact us at support@stocardapp.com for further assistance.

    Hi Isabelle, I have Stocard on my iPhone and before also on my iPad, but the iPad got lost and I am not buying a new one ... The question is: can I see my stocard app content on my Mac aswell ?

    Hi Karel! I'm afraid, we currently don't offer a web view of your cards in Stocard, However, we will definitely think about making this possible in the future!

    Bonjour Stan!

    La fonction de récupération de votre solde de points actuel via Stocard est déjà disponible pour les cartes sélectionnées. Pour ces cartes, vous trouverez un onglet "Points" sur l'écran de votre carte à côté de votre onglet "Notes". Avant de pouvoir accéder à vos points via Stocard, veuillez vous assurer que votre carte est déjà enregistrée sur la page d'accueil du fournisseur de carte concerné. Les informations d'identification que vous y avez choisies seront alors également vos informations d'identification pour accéder à ce compte de carte particulier dans Stocard.

    Stocard doet niet meer bij android versie 9. Je kan de backupgegevens niet terughalen. Ik ben alle mijn gegevens kwijt. Het werkte perfect tot en met android versie 8.

    By following this link (https://play.google.com/apps/testing/de.stocard.stocard) you can sign up for our beta program and already download our next update which contains the necessary adjustments for Android 9. Hopefully, this helps!

    My accounts will not sync. Both have the same version of IOS, same version of Stocard, logged in with the same registered account. However one device shows all my cards and the other shows no cards and asks to enter my first card. Tried reinstalling on the device that won't sync but not luck. Any recommendations?

    Hi Thomas, that's indeed unusual! Could you please try restarting Stocard on both devices or adding a new card to one device? This way, it should be possible to manually trigger the sync process.

    Ciao, ho appena cambiato telefono e reinstallato stocard su quello nuovo ma ... le tessere che avevo non ci sono.

    Ciao Terry, 

    Posso confermare che il tuo account Stocard è stato registrato correttamente. Per ripristinare le tue carte di backup sul tuo nuovo dispositivo, vai alle impostazioni del tuo account e scegli "Accedi con Google". Non appena effettuato l'accesso, le carte ricompariranno sul nuovo telefono. Se il processo di sincronizzazione non inizia subito, prova a chiudere e riavviare forzatamente Stocard per attivarlo manualmente.

    I’ve managed to not only sync my accounts across devices I can now redeem my points without the physical card although different retailers have different requirements
