    Hi Klára!

    The "Stocard Lock" on Android devices always secures your cards in Stocard with your device credentials. This means the pin code you use to access your phone from the lock screen will also be the pin code needed in order to access your Stocard app. 

    If you are using Stocard on an iOS device, please access the app via Touch ID instead. After accessing Stocard via Touch ID you can simply open your settings in Stocard and disable the "Lock with Touch ID" feature. If you then enable it again you will be asked to choose a new pin code as a backup option for cases when Touch ID doesn't work properly. Hopefully this helps!

    Wait? What?! It has been over a month and still I am unable to change the login type.

    How come no one thought of the ability to share the cards within the family.

    The only way to do so at the moment is by logging in with the same account on two or more devices, but that has been made impossible when you have logged in with your facebook account.

    How come such a needed key feature does not get the attention it needs?

    Hi Sjef! If you would like to change your login method for the Stocard account, please contact us at support@stocardapp.com and we will help you with that! It would for example also be possible to reset your registration with Facebook. so that you can choose another login option instead. We are still working on making changing your login option possible directly within the app and hope that we can offer you this service soon. In the meantime, please contact our support for assistance with this issue. Please excuse the inconvenience.

    Please reset any type of known registration with Stocard, such that I can start from scratch and use e-mail only.

    I'm afraid, for this reset process we would need some further information about your current Stocard account. Therefore, I would kindly ask you to contact us at support@stocardapp.com and provide us with the mail address connected to your Facebook account, as well as the unique account ID for this account.
