At the moment it is not possible to change the login method for your Stocard account within the app once you registered. However, we will try to make this possible in the future.
In the meantime, simply contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your current login method and your account ID, as well as the email address you would like to attach to your account.
Please confirm the request with your new, as well as old, email address.
Should you have lost access to the old email address, you can also provide us with at least 2 cards, with their respective card numbers, that are in the old account, in order to verify your account.
Note that we can only change your login method to an email address.
