Can I change the login method for my Stocard account?

    Please reset any type of known registration with Stocard, such that I can start from scratch and use e-mail only.

    I'm afraid, for this reset process we would need some further information about your current Stocard account. Therefore, I would kindly ask you to contact us at support@stocardapp.com and provide us with the mail address connected to your Facebook account, as well as the unique account ID for this account.

    Hi Penny! Do you mean how to log into your Stocard account? That would depend on the recovery method you chose for your account. If you log in with Google or Facebook, then your password will be the password of your Google or Facebook account, respectively. However, if you log in with Email, we will send you a verification code which you can use as your temporary password. In case you need further assistance with this, please don't hesitate to contact us at support@stocardapp.com.

    Hi Debbie! First of all, I would like to apologise for the delayed response. Depending on your operating system our integrated lock feature can either be disabled in your Stocard settings under "More" -> "Stocard Lock" (Android) or under "General Settings" -> "Lock with Touch ID/Face ID" (iOS).

    I lost all my cards! I think because of an update on my phone?

    Hi Ciska, I'm so sorry to hear that! That's very unusual! Unfortunately, we will need some further information in order to detect the source of this problem and try to restore your data. Therefore, I would kindly ask you to contact us at support@stocardapp.com and provide us with your device, operating system, Stocard app version and the account ID displayed in your Stocard settings under "Account".

    J'ai fais restaurer mon tejlephone et j'ai perdu toutes mes cartes sur stocard,,comment les reinicialiser merci

    Bonjour, je suis heureux de vous aider ! Après un changement d'appareil, vos cartes doivent d'abord être restaurées à partir de votre compte Stocard. Vous pouvez les restaurer dans vos paramètres Stocard sous "Compte" -> "Se connecter" (Android) ou "Se connecter à un autre compte" (iOS). Veuillez sélectionner votre méthode de connexion enregistrée afin de restaurer vos cartes à partir du cloud.
