In order to see your loyalty points, some stores require you to activate your loyalty card before you can see your points balance in Stocard. In other cases, you need to link your loyalty card to your online account with the card provider first. We suggest that you log into your customer account on the store's website and check for instructions on how to activate your card. In most cases, you can find this information on a profile page or loyalty program page that you can access after logging in.
Once you have successfully activated your loyalty card, you will be able to complete the login on the points tab for your card in Stocard and see your current points balance afterwards.
