Stocard is committed to stop financial crime and one way to do this is to find out where funds are coming from. In order to keep you and our business safe, we perform regular checks on everyone - this often leads us to request additional documentation. A Source of Funds (SOF) check is some form of proof, showing that funds came from a legitimate source, e.g. from your salary, savings, investments, a loan from the bank and so on. This is a standard banking procedure and ensures the safety of our customers. Both the process and the result are confidential and handled internally.
At Stocard, you can submit the following documents whenever we ask to verify your source of funds:
- Salary
- Payslip (copies of the last 3 months)
- Latest tax return
- Bank statements (copies of the last 3 months with visible salary statement)
2. Savings
- Bank account statement (showing your current balance and relevant documents showing the source of your savings)
In case your funds originate from other sources (e.g. investments, loans, inheritance, etc.), please don’t hesitate to contact our customer support team at support@stocardapp.com for assistance in verifying the source of your funds.
After we have asked you to provide these supporting documents, please verify your source of funds within the requested time frame.
