If the auto top-up did not work, even though you enabled this feature and your available card balance fell below the threshold set for auto top-up, this could be related to one of the following reasons:
- Your payment card may be blocked: My Stocard payment card is blocked
- Your bank might have declined the transaction (e.g. because your funding card has expired or due to insufficient funds).
- You already reached your Stocard payment card limits: What is the maximum amount I can top up and spend?
