We want to give you a heads up about a planned maintenance around the funding card section in Stocard starting Thursday, September 17th. Our goal is to make loading your payment card even smoother!
You can still pay as usual for your purchases, so no worries if you use Stocard to pay!
However, in rare cases it could happen that you run into temporary issues with your funding card - let us assure you that this is nothing to worry about. Your funds and data are securely stored with us.
You might experience that your funding card is greyed out or not accessible. It could also happen that you can't add a new funding card or can’t top up with your existing funding card. Please follow the steps below to solve these two issues.
Update to our newest app version 8.15.2 (Android) or 8.9.4 (iOS) which will be available from this evening onwards.
Add your funding card details again.
