In order to shop online, simply follow the steps outlined below.
- Open the "Pay" tab in the app.
- Then go to your "Card Settings" (the three lined dots in the upper right corner of your screen).
- Next, select “Show card number” and you will see displayed all the required card information to finalize your online purchase.
Alternatively, you can also click on "Show card number" on your payment card image in order to find this information.
In addition to ensure maximum security and to protect you from fraud, we have introduced 3D Secure (3DS).
During certain online transactions you may be redirected to a webpage where you will be asked to enter a one-time-password (OTP).
Your OTP will be sent as an SMS to the phone number associated with your Stocard account. Simply copy the respective OTP, paste it in the relevant field on the 3D Secure webpage and click “Submit”.
Once the OTP is successfully verified, you will redirected back to the online shop's website, and your transaction will be completed.
Should you not receive any SMS containing your OTP, you can simply request that another code be sent at the bottom of the 3DS merchant webpage.
