How can I stop the notifications about new beta versions on iOS?

You can control how TestFlight can contact you for updates:

1. Open the TestFlight app
2. Select Stocard
3. Scroll down to Notifications
4. Disable push notifications and/or email notifications

If you want to completely stop beta testing, you can select "Stop Testing" in TestFlight, which will remove you from our Early Access Program (beta testers list) and you will no longer receive any new builds or notifications.
