If there is no "Points" tab visible in your card screen at all, this means that the feature to check your rewards points in Stocard is not available for this particular card yet. In this case, please always feel free to drop us a message and we will see what we can do to offer this feature in the future.
If there is a "Points" tab but it is either not possible to log into your card account, or your points are not being displayed after you successfully logged in, please contact us at support@stocardapp.com so that we can help you with this problem. Simply let us know for which specific card this happens and what the error message reads, in case Stocard displays an error.
