Did you reinstall Stocard on your phone or change your device prior to your cards disappearing? If this is the case, your cards need to get restored from your registered Stocard account first. In order to restore your data, please open your Stocard settings and go to the section "Account". Now, either choose "Log in" (Android) or "Log in to another account" (iOS) and select your registered login method (Google, Facebook or Email). Log into your registered account to restore your cards from the cloud.
In case your cards just suddenly disappeared, even though you did not reinstall Stocard or change your device, please contact our support team at firstname.lastname@example.org so that we can further investigate what happened.
Please make sure provide us with the ID number displayed in your Stocard "Account" settings as this will give us some additional insights on the problem. Simply send us a screenshot or tap on the ID number once in order to copy it to your clipboard. Moreover, please describe what exactly you see when you open Stocard now (e.g. do you see only a blank page as if your cards are not loading correctly or are you prompted to add your first card now?).
