Log into your Stocard app to check that any of your subscription payments will not fail. You can do this by checking your recurring payments in your transaction history and looking to see which merchants charge you every month (such as for monthly subscription services). Please change your payment methods on any associated accounts to ensure that the transaction will not fail once the Stocard Pay feature has been discontinued.
Transfer any remaining balance from your Stocard Pay card to your bank account by clicking on the “Transfer Your Money” button on your email or in the app.
Confirm that you successfully transferred your Stocard funds to your bank account. You will receive a confirmation email and app notification indicating that your money is on its way.
If there are any suspicious transactions, ensure to report them immediately.
If any insurance claims need to be filed, they should be completed within 45 days after the date of purchase.
